Additionall to the booking possibilities in the portals, webres now also provides the service of answering questions or reserving rooms and packages by telephone.


To this end, a co-operation with a call-center with 16 collaborators who are available daily - including Saturday and Sunday - from 8.00 to 22.00 hrs has been established.


The Call-Center team obtains the information directly from the webres portals, which means that all the listed hotels can be booked. There is no additional cost; only a reduced booking commission has to be paid to the Call-Center.
