Besides the general hotel booking portals, webres also establishes special portals like for example for the ‘koelnmesse’ or ‘Fair-Fairs’, a co-operative project of the Messe Düsseldorf and the Dehoga NRW.
For the ‘koelnmesse’ - besides providing online-booking possibilities on its website - an offer module was integrated, which enables the collaborators of the exhibition company to comfortably manage, send and process an offer online - supplied with optional data.
Another possibility is for example to set up individual on-call allocations for one or more hotels for congresses and conferences and to make them available online to the provider, which reduces administration costs considerably.
