Individual Booking Portals for Companies and corporate travel agencies
RAPID is a specific software development within the webres reservation system that enables the establishment of individual booking portals for companies, corporate travel agencies and mediators. In each portal, any number of hotels – sorted according to destinations or other specifications – can be integrated and made available for online booking, as every company prefers processing their bookings with all contract hotels that are booked on a regular basis through only one portal and one Internet access in order to have permanent control of all bookings.
Increase of Direct Bookings
RAPID was also developed to increase the number of direct bookings of hotels that use webres - and this particularly with regard to the bookings through companies. This way, any of the hotels affiliated to the webres system can set up regular clients and company accounts with different rates and generate reservations through the direct booking channel - via the hotel-own website or through neutral portal pages.
The person who does the booking has the choice to log into his account by using a username/password or – still more comfortable – through a personalized and encoded direct booking link (WDAL).
Reservations Free of Commissions
Each hotel that uses webres cannot only set up booking accounts for companies but also provide them with a direct RAPID portal. By doing so, the company has the possibility to book, besides the contract hotel, all the other affiliated hotels at the agreed conditions.
The reservations are made without any mediator and administration processing - hence they are free of commissions.
